I’m working on a few things, and the new ep has definitely made my ‘to do list’ much longer. There are some new pretties I must have for my game. So while I’m working on those and tweaking some of my old meshes, I’m throwing some books at you. They’re from the bibliobookcase, and are slaved to it (it’s base game). I warn you, the textures are horrendous. Seriously ugly work done by Maxis. So make sure you pick up these amazing recolours by Plasticbox (if you don’t already have them), or the books are not worthwhile at all.

There are 7 meshes, the breakdown: top row left, is set 5, right 4, middle left 7, right 3, bottom left 1,2 and right 6.
These are actually functioning bookcases, come in basegame or FT/AL variety. The FT/AL variety may work with lesser EP’s but I can’t guarantee it, they are cloned off of the base game and have their Object data altered to work with FT/AL.
I don’t have much to say about this update, other than these were some things that caught my eye, and now you get them.
The suitcases are slaved, you’ll need the pile of three in order for the other two meshes to work.

Unfortunately the telescope is for decoration only. I tried to clone it from the actual telescope, but it would cause sims to jump back away from it. Due I think to missing animations, but that is at the moment beyond me, perhaps one day . . .

I’m slowly working on the clock from this set as well, but when I export meshes the best I get is a bumpmap, and every now and then (say plants for example) I get a texture, but not usually. So the gears and pendulum are missing and I’m not fantastic at doing some textures from scratch – especially steampunk.
More conversions for you . . . ![]()
Unfortunately I’m a week too late for the Canadian Thanksgiving with this (I apologize to my fellow Canadians), but perhaps you can use this for Halloween and the US Thanksgiving. At least it’s somewhat fall-ish. I’m not a huge ‘theme’ player, my sims never celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter. I’m too lazy to redecorate my houses to suit those occasions. But I’m also more of a decorator/builder then player. But perhaps they’ll come in handy for contests and for those of you that do celebrate holidays in your game.
I decided not to slave any of these items, as the items most likely to stay in your game would require the more fallish items, because I’m not sure I could repository them the other way around. So hopefully you don’t mind too much!

I really liked that pumpkin garland, but I can’t see myself using it overly much with pumpkins, so I made another version with just the leaves, and now I see more possibilities for it

Since medifire seems to be acting up some, here is a alternative link

My apologizes on the last picture, I just did that to illustrate how the garland could be used.
The cage is by Nanu@TSR, the paintings are from Kara’s Watching Society, recolours are by Mangnoliae and the Shells are mine, the white one I haven’t released yet, perhaps soon, but the other grouping can be found on TSR, but maybe I should move some of that over here . . . I suppose I should have been more clear, sorry for any confusion!
I needed these things for a contest I entered a while ago, a long awhile ago, time keeps getting away from me. Most of these things are quite similar to the actual objects they’re based off of. I mainly removed the bases (now they look like toys instead of sculptures) and resized them, or moved their limbs around.

The small standing alien is the master.

The small pig is the master.

The small duck is the master.
Some deco for kids rooms, or adults who just refuse to give up their childhood things . . . not like I’m guilty of that or anything *avoids eye contact*
It seems that almost everyone is busy importing their favourite CC into TS3. I can’t get into it. Maybe because I don’t have a computer that can handle it as well as I would like. But maybe it’s that I find the decorating thingy-whatchamacallit takes to long to load, and seems a bit more complicated then it needs to be. Never mind the fact that I don’t have the patience.
So instead, I’m happily extracting some of my favourite plants and things out of TS3. So all you faithful TS2 players. Be rewarded

I instantly fell in love with the potted palm, I think it’s the simplicity of it. The large one is the original and is master of the smaller one.

Including vase recolours.

The larger shaped topiary is the master. I’m not completely happy with these two. They insist on being too dark on top, and well lit from underneath. I keep playing with it, but haven’t been able to fix it. arg. If anyone has suggestions, I’m open to them!

Including pot recolours.

And the rest of the plants, the Modern Orchid, in the original giant size and then a much more reasonable sized one (that being the one pictured). Again the larger is the master mesh. A plain rectangle vase with leaves, the calla lilies (and several recolours, the mesh is pink, but I prefer white – hence it being pictured), and the little atrium with the fern.

And then something not plants. Toys. I’m a sucker for toys. Especially stuffed animals. So here you go! Except for Koonzilla, they’re all labeled bunnies, even though the shorter one looks more like a bear, then bunny. I’m just going with the original names.
Or you can just Download All
First up, the diversely talented Nymphy has made some stunning recolours of my lilies! Make sure you grab them here.
I’ve always loved Dorien’s KlimT set, but the fact that there was no loveseat sort of bummed me out. So when I got permission from Dorien to play around with her meshes, I did. I’ve made a loveseat and a slightly larger (larger then the standard size) one and a half chair for the set. They are slaves to the sofa of the set, so no need to worry about needing new recolours.

Hopefully this makes the set a bit more versatile. They require the Pets EP.

You’ll need Dorien’s original set for the these files to work, you can find it here.
For those of you who check my site daily, or even several times a day
You’re being rewarded. Thanks for sticking with me. Yes, so it’s almost been 3 months, since the last update! Whoops. What can I say, it’s summer, and even though the weather has been pretty crappy here, it’s still so busy. Not really a time I want to be near the computer.
But, I do have some shoes for you

Mesh and textures are by original creators. Thanks to them for having given permission or for having such open policies!*
Two pairs of boots by Sentate, Mary-Janes by Gelydh, Slingbacks by Gothplague, and the Ballet slippers are from FT (the ballet slippers are the same ones on my TSR page, plus the recolour).
Not shown, but the small boots by Sentate have a recolour, as do the slingbacks.
Also a hat, I needed it for a contest, hence it’s existence. It’s a slave to the coat you can find HERE. So make sure you have that downloaded. Picks up all the recolours that are included in that set as well.

*The only one I was unable to contact is Gothplague or even find a policy for their creations, and no idea where to hunt her (him?) down. If any one knows their policy, and the slingbacks shouldn’t be up there, please let me know!
To all you mom’s out there, I hope you have a fantastic day today spending time with your kids (or maybe away from them, whatever your preference might be).
I’m in the middle of a huge contest at the moment. It’s eating up all my time. But it’s been a lot of fun, and contests always inspires new content.
It also offers a distraction from all the decorating, and helps me think about how I’ll go ahead with my next entry.
Slightly befitting, I thought I would offer up some flowers, especially for the moms. Hopefully you also got some real ones

Ready for a bit of confusion?
The medium lilies in the glass vase, are the master mesh for all the glass vases, and all the lilies regardless of container.
The tulips in the glass vase are the master mesh for the tulips in the ceramic pot. Same is true for the irises.
The small grass ceramic pot is the master mesh for all the ceramic pots
Clear as mud? It might be more understandable once you have them in game and can see/read the info on each mesh.
Recolours of each flower are also included.
I’ve been toying with the idea of doing this for awhile, and then when life decided to act up this week, it was the perfect distraction.
I’ve only recently discovered the BV Travel poster, I’m not sure why it took so long, but it did. It’s a fantastic mesh, and when you add to that the smaller sizes that KarasKaras did, it’s perfect! But I’m a bit of a picture addict. I love frames and canvases, and I want them all. I really wanted a horizontal and square version of the BV Travel poster. So I made them.

(yes, these picture textures are on their side, I used the same texture for the mesh as the original, so they have a similar look in the game catalog, rest assured the recolours I did [and hopefully others do] will show correctly, view the album to see how they look).
These require BV. They take the frame texture from the original. The largest size of each is the master mesh for the picture texture.
I’ve also added a gazillion recolours for each the horizontal and square pictures as well as recolours for the original frames.
Which you can all check out here:
BV Poster Horizontal Recolour Album
BV Poster Square Recolour Album
BV Poster (Original) Recolour Album
and you thought I was kidding about the ridiculous amount of recolours
Sorry for the lousy pictures, but I didn’t really feel like taking great screenshots of all those recolours!

Since mediafire seems to be having issues, here’s an alternate link for the downloads.
I was quasi redecorating a house that came with AL in the new neighbourhood. It’s the industrial looking place beside the trailer park. The owner seemed to have acquired a lot of gearhead type things. And he had this interesting endtable, which was fine as an endtable, but I thought it would be so much better as a chair.
I also thought the bohemian art desk that came with FT was nice, but I preferred to have that little storage compartment separate. So much more versatile. And of course you can’t really have an art room, without some supplies. So of course those are included.

The gearhead chair requires AL, it pulls it’s texture from the original endtable. And to be honest I can’t remember if the supply cubby thingy is base game or something else. So I apologize for that lapse in memory.
